Dec 2024 – Pre-Series A Funding ($1.6 M)

Neutune raised a ₩2 billion (approximately $1.6 million USD) Pre-Series A investment, led by Intervest. The company announced in December 2024 that this funding would support the development of its AI music platform MixAudio (which uses a multimodal "text, image, audio" generation engine).

Oct 2024 – German Design Award 2024

MixAudio won a "Winner" title at the 2024 German Design Awards (GDA) in the Excellent Communications Design – Apps category. The official GDA winners gallery recognizes "Mix.audio" (by Neutune Co., Ltd.) as a 2024 Winner in the Apps category.

Oct 2024 – GITEX Global Showcase

During GITEX Global (mid-October in Dubai), Sónar+D featured MixAudio at the Expand North Star exhibition. Neutune presented MixAudio to attendees at the Sónar+D booth. This confirms MixAudio's participation at GITEX 2024.

Nov 2023 – Multimodal Beta Launch

Neutune launched the beta service of MixAudio, introducing multimodal AI music generation. Users could now create music not only from text prompts but also from reference images or audio – a first-of-its-kind feature for an AI music service. (The beta rollout was reported in early November 2023.)

May 2023 – Expand North Star Korea Win

Neutune (developer of MixAudio) won the Expand North Star – Korea Roadshow pitch competition on May 15, 2023, securing a direct entry to the GITEX Global startup event in Dubai. (This victory enabled MixAudio's showcase at GITEX.)

Jan 2023 – CES 2023 Innovation Award

MixAudio (by Neutune) was an Honoree in the CES 2023 Innovation Awards (Software & Mobile Apps category). The official CES awards page lists "Mix.audio – Neutune" as a 2023 honoree in that category.
