Each plan provides a monthly allotment of AI processing tokens (usage credits). Pro and Pro+ subscribers gain access to all advanced features, priority support, and the ability to share their plan's tokens with team members. The Free tier is great for trying out core features on a smaller scale.
For usage beyond the included monthly tokens or à la carte access to features, MixAudio offers per-feature pricing. The table below shows the cost in tokens for each function's usage. Pay-as-you-go rates apply to Free users or any usage beyond your plan's token allotment. Pro/Pro+ subscribers enjoy heavily discounted token rates for each feature. Business/Enterprise customers can arrange volume-based token pricing for large-scale usage:

Rates above are in tokens, the internal currency for AI processing. "Per min" refers to the duration of audio processed, "per request" refers to each discrete operation or query, and so on. Pro/Pro+ rates apply to subscribers (any usage beyond monthly free tokens will be charged at this discounted rate). Enterprise volume pricing is available on request for high-volume users.
Tokens are our unit of measurement for AI processing. Different operations consume different amounts of tokens based on complexity and processing time. Each plan includes a monthly token allowance that refreshes at the start of your billing cycle.
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the new rate will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
If you exhaust your monthly token allowance, you can purchase additional tokens at the pay-as-you-go rate, or upgrade to a higher tier plan with more tokens included.
Tokens do not roll over and will reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. However, any additional tokens purchased separately will remain valid for up to one year from the purchase date.
