Terms of Service

①Prior to using the Service, you must thoroughly review the information about the Service provided on our website and agree to these Terms of Service.

②The Service offers both a complimentary trial, various credit purchase models, and various paid subscription models.

③If you are under the age of majority, you must have a legal guardian review and consent to these Terms of Service before using the Service.

①To utilize either the trial or paid versions of the Service, you must create a user account following the guidelines set by MixAudio. Accurate and truthful information is required during registration. The trial version grants limited access to the Service's features as specified by us.

②Use of another user's account without MixAudio's authorization is prohibited, as is sharing, transferring, or otherwise misusing your own account.

③You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account password. MixAudio is not liable for any misuse or unauthorized access to your account. In cases of suspected unauthorized use or security breach, you must promptly inform MixAudio.

①Your use of the Service is contingent upon acceptance of these Terms of Service.

②Should you decide to upgrade to a paid plan during the trial period, follow the procedures we outline. Upon switching to a paid credit model and/or a paid subscription model, you will be governed by these Terms.

③MixAudio reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts for illegal usage of the Service without prior notice, and we are not responsible for any loss or harm incurred due to such actions.

①The fees for the Service are based on the credit model and the subscription plans detailed separately in pricing. No refunds are provided for cancellations partway through a credit purchase or subscription, except under specific conditions described on our website. (1. No all kinds of download history 2. Request a refund within 7 days)

②Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled beforehand.

③If credits are not used within a year, they will be reset.

①All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including copyrights and trademarks, are owned by MixAudio.

②By using the Service, you grant MixAudio a worldwide, non-exclusive, free license to use any music you create, including for reproduction, distribution, and creation of derivative works.

①Users must refrain from engaging in any activity that violates these Terms, infringes on the rights of others, involves illegal activities, or harms the integrity of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, using the Service for unauthorized purposes, infringement of intellectual property, unauthorized access to or misuse of other users' information, and use of the Service to distribute harmful software.

①MixAudio may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, system failures, or other operational reasons, with no liability for losses incurred due to such interruptions, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

①MixAudio disclaims any guarantee against potential losses or damages arising from the use of the Service, including those caused by malicious software. We are not responsible for any malfunctioning of third-party systems or software used in conjunction with our Service.

①MixAudio reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service without prior notification. Continued use of the Service following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

①MixAudio may discontinue the Service at any time without notice, and is not liable for any damages incurred due to the termination of the Service.

①If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms are applicable to all users except when invalidated or canceled for individual users.

①Lawsuits regarding e-commerce disputes between the "Company" and the "Member" shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the Member's address at the time of filing or, if there is no address, his/her residence. However, if the address or residence of the member is not clear at the time of filing, or if the member is a foreign resident, the case shall be filed with the competent court at the address of the company's headquarters.

②The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to e-commerce lawsuits filed between the Company and the Member.

①European consumers do not have withdrawal rights for this Service, as it provides immediate access upon subscription. Users can cancel their subscription at any time as outlined in these Terms.

②By subscribing to MixAudio in any European country, users acknowledge the absence of withdrawal rights, which does not affect other consumer rights or the ability to cancel the subscription at any time.
